Placing an order on The Blumz website constitutes an offer to purchase products and does not guarantee acceptance of the order.
An email confirming receipt of an order does not constitute acceptance of the order. All orders are subject to inventory verification, payment review, and approval by The Blumz.
While we strive to maintain accurate inventory levels, occasional discrepancies may occur. The Blumz reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Inventory shortages
- Pricing or product description errors
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Payment processing issues
- Supplier availability changes
If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

The Blumz reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers, distributors, or parties engaging in fraudulent or suspicious activity.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Blumz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of products sold through this website.
