The Blumz is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, The Blumz is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.
