Due to the nature of fragrances, beauty products, pierced jewelry, earrings, and other personal-use items, The Blumz does not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order has been placed.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

If an item arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@theblumzz.com with photos of the issue. We will review the matter and work toward an appropriate resolution.

Fragrance samples, discovery sets, decants, gift cards, and sale items are also final sale.
